These Terms and Conditions and the use of this website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your non excludable statutory rights. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

Delivery
Orders should be despatched within 72 hours of receipt of order. Products should be received by you within 5 working days of leaving our warehouse. Overseas deliveries may take up to 7 working days for delivery. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Any product you order that is not immediately available will be sent to you as soon as possible and the delivery charge will only be charged for the first delivery.

Delivery Charges
Deliveries within the UK are free of charge. If you require delivery outside of the UK please ring 0845 555 2121 and arrange costs involved.

Prices
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate include UK sales tax (VAT). If your order is despatched to a destination outside the European Community then your sales tax is zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC it will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate being 17.5%. Customs or import duties charged on reaching the destination country will be your responsibility.

Returns
We trust that you will be delighted with the products received from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product please send back to us within 30days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any opened cosmetic product due to hygienic considerations. The return should be wrapped securely, ideally in the original packaging and returned to:

Please complete and include the returns note which was included in the original delivery. Postage cannot be refunded if you have changed your mind about the purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
